It was quite simple (but took some time to make/precrease) and I am very happy to be able to say I designed this model (maybe someone else thought of it too, but I didn’t use their instructions) just from inspiration from the origami model “tsurifune” http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4ZrK43m-PRI Also I am considering starting a origami shop so please comment if you are interested. I was looking at the origami “Tsurifune” when I got the idea of using the concept used in the video, but instead of making it around a crane, I made it into a chain/necklace. Here are some blurry pictures of the crane and some quick instructions I made (not very detailed).

The “Bendaroos” are string wrapped in wax. This model took about 15 min. to make. I had to use tin foil to fill the belly (using more than they recommended, but it still turned out skinny). My 2nd model (a cheeseburger) was more complex and took longer (see my other videos). The instructions came with the kit. Thanks mom!
